• A deposit may be required to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received and written confirmation is issued.

• Rancho La Arenosa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in the event of emergencies, force majeure, or violations of our policies.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than [21] days before the event may qualify for a full or partial refund (as specified in your booking agreement).
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or additional charges.
• Any refund will be issued within [7] business days after confirmation of eligibility.

3. Use of Venue

• Clients are responsible for their guests’ behavior and ensuring that no damage is caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment.
• The venue must be vacated at the agreed-upon time. Overtime charges may apply.
• Smoking and alcohol policies must be followed as agreed.

4. Liability & Responsibility

• Rancho La Arenosa is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during an event due to negligence on the part of clients or their guests.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or its equipment during their rental period.
